Recipe of the Week: Whole Wheat Grilled Cheese with Egg and Avocado

Serving Size: approx. 1

Ingredients Needed:

  • -  2 slices of P28 or whole wheat bread
  • -  2 slices of low fat American Cheese
  • -  1/4 organic Avocado
  • -  1 fried egg

 

 

Directions:

  1. 1.  Fry egg in frying pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. 2.  Assemble sandwhich with remaining ingredients and cooked eggs.
  3. 3.  Grill assembled sandwhich on both sides until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
  4. 4. Serve.
