- - 2 slices of P28 or whole wheat bread
- - 2 slices of low fat American Cheese
- - 1/4 organic Avocado
- - 1 fried egg
- 1. Fry egg in frying pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Assemble sandwhich with remaining ingredients and cooked eggs.
- 3. Grill assembled sandwhich on both sides until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
- 4. Serve.
