­Effective one on one workouts that will challenge your current fitness level and IMPROVE your psychological health, develop muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, exercise adherence, and overall wellness.

­Each session lasts about 45 minutes with full instruction, demonstration, and tactical approach. This is a learning environment designed to motivate and promote fundamental training knowledge to the client.

­Packages include instructions supporting the clients goals with details such as how many reps and sets, nutritional timing, recipes and meal plans, aerobic exercise duration and intensity, and daily support from the trainer.
