Recipe of the Week: Quick Gluten Free Muffins and Cookies

Healthy Cookies

Ingredients Needed:

  • - 3 ripe mashed bananas
  • - 1/3 cup natural applesauce
  • - 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • - 1/4 cup almond milk
  • - 1 tsp. vanilla
  • - 1 tsp. cinnamon

 

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes

 

Healthy Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients Needed:

  • - 3 ripe bananas
  • - 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 Tbsp. Baking powder
  • - 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • - 3 Tbsp. Blueberries

 

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Place in muffin cups in muffin pan.
  3. 3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Let cool
