Just like training we all want to be in and out of the kitchen. Here is an easy meal prep that will take you under an hour depending on your kitchen proficiency.
You will need: 3 pounds of ground turkey 2 Pounds of 90/10 ground beef 1 Cooking onion 1/2 bunch of fresh and cleaned cilantro
Chef tip Handy with a knife of not save time by making a chopping tableout of your onion and cleaned cilatro
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients If you think you will need extra flavor you can add cumin, chili powder, and fresh garlic to taste
Mix well and prepare a baking sheet with Pam and foil
Portion each patty to weigh 5 ounces and form by hand for a dense protein and broad amino acid profile burger.
Oven preheated to 350 bake for 20 minutes
yields 17 portions serve with 1/2-1 cup of carbohydrate of choice and serving of steamed green veggies
