personalTraining_photoplaceholderWhen hiring a personal trainer a client must have the impression that the trainer is infact a  professional and the first call, visit, or email is a sensitive moment in the relationship. I take the time to better understand a persons lifestyle first than to get right into their fitness. Where do they work? Are they single?  How many children they have? What are their family responsibilities? What hours do they work? All important questions to focus primarily on, don't you think? Because those are my personal priorities I first get to know those about each and every client before asking about their fitness. Constructing a plan that best suites a persons needs revolves first around them.

To establish myself as an effective trainer I find first a clients immediate strengths and by natural order I will relate to them and develop their confidence. By knowing the craft I inspire each client to work harder and focus on the fundamentals no matter what their current state of fitness.

Enthusiasm in all aspects of life is the passport to success. Enthusiasm is the by product of sincerity and expertise. I can help everyone achieve the results because I have helped so many yield them as well as achieve my own. Knowing this I never bore or burnout because I love helping others grow with each phase of their training.
